Internship project: Graphic Designer, Junshang super-market, Beijing, China. JUL–AUG 2011
Junshang super-market is a Chinese retail store based in South China, Shen Zhen. As a graphic design intern, I worked collaboratively with my art director who taught me how to understand branding and how to visualize branding identity.
I worked with the art director to create a visual identity for clients. I used Photoshop and Illustrator to create a logo and different forms. In the beginning, we did research about culture in the Junshang Company and compared other super-markets. Then we organized all of the categories of visual identity.
The internship experience in Beijing taught me how to work with other people and how to communicate with clients.
